Do I need an account to order?
No, you don't need an account to place your order. Just add the items to your basket and then pay! If you are interested in setting up a corporate account with us, click here for further details.
What is the cut off time for orders?
All orders and amendments need to be placed by 1:30pm the previous working day for next day delivery.
What is the minimum spend for delivery?
We have a £30 minimum order value for all orders in Central London and most of Greater London. For sites outside of this area, the minimum delivery may be slightly higher. Please see our deliveries map or call the team on 0345 463 8863 for further details.
Can you deliver at the weekend?
Yes, we can deliver on a Saturday, but please call the team to discuss your order first on 0345 463 8863, as orders on a Saturday may be subject to a higher minimum order value. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Sunday.
Do I pay upfront for my order?
Yes, we process all online payments through Stripe or PayPal, so you can pay for your order on a purchasing card. If you would rather be invoiced for your order, please call the team on 0345 463 8863 and they can help you to set up an account.
What time can I have my order?
We are predominantly a lunch delivery service, so our vehicles are usually off the road by 1pm. Please note, we work on a 2hr delivery window to ensure your food is delivered in plenty of time. E.G. if you book a delivery for 12pm, we will deliver between 10am-12pm.
Do you deliver breakfast?
We are predominantly a lunch delivery service, so sometimes it can be tricky for us to deliver early in the morning. Give us a call on 0345 463 8863 to see if we can help you out! Alternatively, we can always deliver your breakfast the previous day, if you have fridge space to store it!
Troubleshoot- Why won’t my order place?
• Sometimes if you have been inactive for a while, you may be logged out of your account. If you are having issues accessing your delivery details or paying by invoice, it is worth logging in to your account again. Don’t worry though- any orders in your basket will be saved!
• If you encounter an error when saving your event details, this can sometimes be due to entering anything other than a numerical value in the ‘number of guests’ box. E.G. if you enter ‘approx. 25 people’, this will cause an error.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Of course! We are 100% sure that you will be happy with the freshness and quality of our food. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we guarantee to offer you a full refund!
